How does billing work?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. You're charged monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. You can cancel at any time from your device's subscription settings.
What's the difference between Gold and Platinum?
Gold gives you the full lesson curriculum and 100 AI practice feedback sessions a month. Platinum adds the composition canvas, audio-to-sheet-music conversion, and MusicXML / MIDI export — built for learners who also want to create original music.
How does Multi Platinum work?
Multi Platinum is for a teacher or parent. You get everything Platinum includes — the full curriculum, the Studio, MusicXML and MIDI export, all instrument skins and 100 AI feedback sessions a month — plus a teacher dashboard and up to 5 student seats. Your students join on the free Bronze tier (one instrument, 10 AI feedback sessions a month) and you can see their sessions and scores, assign lesson plans and Play Along tracks, and message them in the app. Student seats aren't extra copies of your plan, so if your learners each need the full curriculum they'd want their own subscription.
Can I switch plans?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade any time through the app. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
