Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Voxstrum. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The service

Voxstrum provides a music learning platform including lessons, practice tools, progress tracking and AI feedback features ("the Service"). We may update, add or remove features at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Your account

• You must be 13 years or older to use Voxstrum.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You must not share your account with others.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• One account per person — duplicate accounts may be removed.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Voxstrum offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you choose.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time from your device's app store settings.
• Refunds are governed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack or disrupt the Service.
• Share, redistribute or resell access to premium content.
• Upload harmful, offensive or infringing content.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from Voxstrum.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Content and intellectual property

All content in Voxstrum — including lessons, exercises, audio tracks, UI design and branding — is owned by Voxstrum Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright law.

Content you create in Voxstrum (recordings, compositions) remains yours. By storing it in Voxstrum, you grant us a limited licence to store and transmit it solely to provide the Service to you.

6. AI features

Voxstrum uses AI to analyse your practice sessions and provide feedback. AI feedback is provided for educational purposes only and should not be treated as professional music instruction. Your audio data is processed securely and not used to train AI models without your explicit consent.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Voxstrum available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by outages, data loss or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voxstrum Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
